Garlic Dahl
INGREDIENTS
1 can of pre-cooked lentils
1 tablespoon macadamia oil
3 cloves of chopped garlic
Heaped teaspoonful of curry powder or garam masala
1 cup rough chopped fresh spinach
DIRECTIONS
1. In a heavy bottomed pan slowly heat oil and add garlic and curry spices
2. Cook garlic and spices till garlic is translucent but not brown
3. Add lentils including liquid
4. Simmer for 5 minutes or till liquid is at proffered level
5. Prior to serving add spinach and stir through
