Experience
07.2014 - Present Freelance Positions
Get Turner Ltd. St. Johns Wood At present, I work with the contractor Get Turner producing costing estimates from tender packages for residential extensions. This exercise involves going through every building element and affixing a price for labour and materials to produce an overall estimate for a project. These tasks have given me an invaluable awareness of a projects practical cost and process.
Bamboo Box ShoreditchIn Summer 2014, I was involved in an Interior Design project from conception to completion for a small Thai take-away restaurant on Shoreditch High Street. The scope of work ranged from initial sketches to graphic design and branding.

10.2013 - 10.2014 Allies and Morrison SouthwarkArchitectural Assistant, BIM Co-ordinator + Project Lead
After joining Allies and Morrison in 2013, I was involved in various projects from Masterplanning to Feasibility Studies. As BIM project lead for several projects, it was my responsibility to ensure the integrity of my teams model and to ensure smooth collaboration across disciplines within the BIM environment. I have also had the opportunity to work on landmark London projects, such as the Tower of London and Trellick Tower by Erno Goldfinger. As part of competition submissions, I have worked on presentation drawings, 3D CAD/BIM models and physical models made in the offices’ workshop.
Watkins Gray International London BridgeArchitectural Assistant, BIM Co-ordinator
As my first position after finishing my degree, I relished the opportunity to learn about the profession. I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects rang-ing from Healthcare to Defense and Education. I gained experience working from stages A - F and won 2 competitions while working there. I became an indispen-sable member of the team at WGI, producing drawings for presentations, tender documents and technical construction drawings, while also attending business development meetings, liaising with clients and dealing with contractors. I was consistently one of the most sought after members of staff.
