Reference: Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC Docket No. RP10-___ Ladies and Gentlemen: Pursuant to Part 154 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”), Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”) hereby submits for filing certain revised tariff sheets to its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, which sheets are enumerated in Appendix A attached hereto. The proposed effective date of the attached tariff sheets is May 29, 2010. Statement of Nature, Reasons and Basis The purpose of the instant filing is to update Transco’s system and zonal maps, in accordance with Section 154.106 of the Commission’s Regulations, reflecting the general location of Transco’s principal pipeline facilities and the points at which service is rendered under Transco’s Gas Tariff. In addition, Transco has included a new zonal map, Sheet No. 10A, which separately identifies its pipeline facilities in Transco’s Zone 4A and 4B in Alabama. Sheet Nos. 6 through 9, 13, 17 and 18, submitted herein, are only updated for formatting purposes. Proposed Effective Date The tariff sheets submitted herein are proposed to be effective May 29, 2010. In the event the Commission elects to accept and suspend the revised tariff sheets submitted herein, in

Federal Energy Regulatory Commission April 28, 2010 accordance with Section 154.7(a)(9) of the Commission’s Regulations, Transco moves to place such tariff sheets into effect at the end of the applicable suspension period. Request for Waiver

Transco respectfully requests that the Commission grant a waiver of Section 154.201(a) of its Regulations which require the submission of a marked, or “red-line”, version of tariff sheet numbers 6 through 20 which contain Transco’s system and zonal maps. It is impractical to provide a marked version because the software used to develop the system and zonal maps currently contained in Transco’s Fourth Revised Volume No. 1 Tariff does not provide the ability to red-line the maps. In lieu of a marked version of the tariff sheets, Appendix B attached hereto lists major changes to the points at which service is rendered. Materials Submitted Herewith In accordance with Section 154.7(a)(1) of the Regulations, the following material is submitted herewith: (1) Appendix A which contains the enumeration and effective date of the revised

tariff sheets and the revised tariff sheets; (2) Appendix B which lists major changes to points at which service is rendered;

and (3) As required by Section 154.4 of the Regulations, a diskette copy of the revised

tariff sheets labeled TF042810.ASC. Posting and Certification of Service In accordance with the provisions of Section 154.2(d) of the Commission’s Regulations, copies of this filing are available for public inspection, during regular business hours, in a convenient form and place at Transco’s main office at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston, Texas.
