For this , my special thanks goes to M.C. Pandey and R.D. Sharma. I got the mission and vision of my life from HGS, Varanasi and I too decided to store the poor and down trodden people .I did my B.tech from IIT Kanpur in Chemical Engineering . Thereafter, I qualified the Civil Services examination and opted for Indian Police Services . Right now I am posted as superintendent of police (SP) in district Balaghat ,M.P. Deeply moved by the relentless efforts of SOS for destitute children I have started Shiksha Suraksha & Rojgar Yojana to educate the children of 130 most Naxal affected villages of Balaghat.

आज भी जब र्ैं वक्त के झरनखनों से अपने अतीत र्ें झाकने की कननशश करता हूँ तन अनेकनों खटे्ट र्ीठे पल

सृ्मनत र्ें आकर रु्झे आतुर कर जाते हैं। आतुरता पुनः नवद्यालय जाने की, आतुरता उस प्ाोंगण र्ें एक

चक्कर लगा आने की, र्ीतनों के साथ र्ध्यावकाश का लुत्फ़ उठाने की आतुरता, एक बार निर कक्षाओों के

Ankur Raj Gupta Chartered accountant, Currently working in Fidelity Investments in Equity Research. He

is a Chartered Accountant with over 9 years of experience in forensic accounting, investigations, anti-

bribery and corruption compliance, corporate governance research, internal auditing, process

improvement and fraud risk management. He had spent 7 years in Big4 (KPMG and PwC) prior to joining

Fidelity Investments. He has worked on investigations with clients across India, Middle East, Africa and

USA.

HGS Varanasi gave me a strong foundation by inculcating the culture of desire, determination,

I, Dr. Pritam Yadav, belong to village and Post -Barthara Kalan,

Dist- Varanasi, U.P. I started my early education from Hermann Gmeiner School,

Chaubeypur, Varanasi along with my elder brother Sumit Kr. Yadav and my sister

Deepmala yadav in the year 1995.

During those days my father was serving Shipping Corporation of India, and he used to

be mostly at sea; which affected our schooling. My higher education was completed at

Allahabad and thereafter I joined Babu Banarasi Das College of Dental Sciences (BBD

CODS) Lucknow. Where I completed my B.D.S. course (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)

and started working at Lucknow. I have also opened a dental Clinic at Jalhupur,

Varanasi.

Now, whenever I go to Hermann Gmeiner School or nearby, I clearly remember my old

days spent at school. I clearly remember & appreciate the beautiful surrounding, clean

atmosphere, big building and very sweet and kind behavior of my teachers and staff

members. I remember my Principal Sir, Mr. Rohit Ratan Singh, having a great

personality. Now things have changed a lot. Everything looks new and the entire

ambience is different. It’s one of the best schools in the city providing all kind of facilities

to the students.
