Junior Golf ~ 2013 at GBCC

2013 Junior Golf Class Monday, June 10th to Friday, August 2nd, 2013

Pee Wee Junior Golf (ages 4-7)

The Pee Wee program is open to all Members (golf & social) ages 4-7. The program runs for 45 minutes on Tues-day’s throughout the summer. There are 2 different start times for Pee Wee golf: 10:00 am for ages 5 and under and 11:00 am for ages 6 and 7. Each junior must have a Wood, Iron, Wedge, and a Putter to participate. If you need to fit your child for junior clubs please come to the golf shop. The cost for the Pee Wee Program is $125. The program begins on Tues-day, June 11th & runs every Tuesday through Tuesday, July 30th. Tuesday's 10 a.m. to Noon

Learner L1 & L2 (Beginner)

Junior Golf (ages 8-14)

The Learner (Beginner) program is open to all Members (golf and social) ages 8-14 or a younger junior who passes the L2 learner skills test. The program runs for 45 minutes per session on Monday’s throughout the summer and from 10 am-11:30am on Friday’s. There are 3 different start times for Learner junior golf: 9:00am, 10:00 am, & 11:00 am on Monday’s. Each junior must have his or her own

set of clubs to participate. The club set should include a Driver, Fairway Wood or Hybrid, 7iron Wedge, & Putter. If you need to fit your child for junior clubs please see Lucas in the golf shop. The program begins on Monday, June 10th and runs through Friday,

August 2nd. The cost of the Learner Program is $175.

Development D1 & D2

(Experienced) Jr Golf (ages 8-16)

The Development (Experienced) pro-gram is open to all Members (golf & social) ages 8-16. The program runs for 45 minutes per session on Thurs-day’s & from 2-3 pm on Wednesday afternoons for D2 level & 3-4pm for D1 level. Also, they will have the op-portunity to play golf after each lesson on Thursday’s based on their ability level. There are 2 different start times for Development Junior Golf program on Thursday’s: 8:30 am & 9:30 am. Each junior must have their own set of clubs to participate. The club set should include a Driver, Fairway Wood or Hybrid, 7iron – Pitching Wedge and a Sand Wedge. If you need to fit your child for junior clubs please see Lucas in the golf shop. The Development program begins on Wednesday, June 12th. The cost of the Development (Experienced) Program is $175.

Champions C1 & C2 (PRO)

Junior Golf (ages 12 – 18)

The Champions (PRO) program is open to golf Members beginning on April 1st and Social members on May 1st if space is available. The Champi-

ons program is designed for junior golfers that are planning on playing tournament golf in high school & on the WPGA junior series. The program runs for 90 minutes per session on Thursday’s from 10:30 am-Noon throughout the summer. The Champions program also has reserved tee times on Friday mornings to play the big course at GBCC. This group will also meet on Wednesday’s from 3-4 pm. Each junior must have their own set of clubs to participate. The club set should include a Driver, Fair-way Wood or Hybrid, 7iron – Pitching Wedge, Sand Wedge and Putter. The Champions program begins on Wednesday, June 12th. The cost of the Champions Program is $175.

Swimming Pool Regulations

These rules have been formu-

lated to assure safe and sani-

tary operations of the pool

facilities. Parents are re-

quested to familiarize them-selves with the rules and to

instruct their children and

guests to observe them and to

obey all instructions of the

pool lifeguards and personnel.

General

1. All Members and guests must

register before entering pool.

2. Appropriate swim attire is to

be worn by all persons using the

pool. Cut-off shorts are not acceptable. Beach cover-up and

footwear must be worn in the

Sports Center.

3. One towel per Member and

guest will be provided upon

request, and must be returned

prior to departure.

4. Lockers are available on a

daily basis.

5. Pool attire is to be confined to

the pool area.

6. Children under the age of 12

years old must have adult super-

vision.

Guests and Guest Fees

Guests may visit 4 (four) times

per season and must be ac-

companied by a Mem-

ber. Guest fees are $7.00 per

visit. Children under age 3 are

free. All guest fees are

charged to the Member’s ac-

count. Members’ grandchildren

under the age of 18 will not be

charged a fee. Grandchildren

who are not members are not

limited to the number of visits,

but are subject to the daily

guest fee of $7.
