It all started in 1987.Then 1992 marked a turning point, when it was decided to change course and move onto international markets while maintaining our ties to our territory, the region of Romagna in Italy. This steady growth is reflected in thecapacity to anticipate and satisfy the needs of people who love gelato but don’t want to give up their own dietary preferences.

This inspired us to develop our certified organic products, as well as vegan and sugar-free preparations, all of which can be found alongside our traditional recipes and other new and original proposals. Just
