The key to success: exploring polarities of male and female qualities in management and business What do you consider as male and female characteristics? What would you mention as female and male qualities in management and business? And how do you use them? Are your male and female qualities balanced at work? And how about these qualities in yourself? Do you more often use certain qualities? Are some qualities valued more at work? What is the result and effect of it? In this playful and interactive lecture we will reflect on these qualities. The lecture will be inspired by a model of masculine and feminine values, polarities and fusion and a bit of martial arts. After graduating, Veronique Kilian worked as a consultant in organizational advice and HRM. Fifteen years ago she started her own company and worked for several clients in a wide number of branches. Veronique has done international assignments in Germany, Italy and The Netherlands and she has given workshops and trainings at international congresses in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Croatia, Turkey and USA. In her education and experience, she discovered the use of male and female qualities in work and private life. Veronique works as a trainer, coach and facilitator. To enrich and inspire her business Veronique integrates out-of-the-box training tools like Healing Tao and Kung Fu.
