6003 GAS VALVES

6003-series gas valve is an effective and reliable gas valve for low-BTU gas

product and application. The product is most commonly found in

fireplaces, fire pits, and wall furnaces. 6003 valves have similar form factor

as pre-installed valves in the field becoming an ideal field replacement

component. 6003 valves are manufacturered for both millivolt powered

models (w/thermopile) and DC powered battery and/or ac adapter. All

6003 gas valves have gas regulation option of fixed and manual

adjustment. Additional models include capillary thermostat (6003H) that

uses hydraulic oil instead of Mercury.

6003V GAS VALVES

6003V-series gas valve is a compact electronic gas valve capable of

producing 80 kBTU in natural gas and 125 kBTU in LP gas. The 6003V valve is

an ideal gas valve measuring only at 3.3” in length for space constrained

gas appliances. Switch to a lower BTU gas valve is no longer required for

limited spaces. The 6003V series are all electronic 3V-DC powered with

Dexen’s 8K and 9K control modules. The 6003V comes in 3 different gas

regulation modes of fixed, manual adjust, and stepper motor control.

935 GAS VALVES

935-Series gas valve has the highest BTU capacity offered by Dexen Industries. Valves can be used in a wide range of appliances including fireplaces, fire pits, and central furnaces. The 935 valves are offered in 4 different models with gas regulation options consisting of fixed flow, manual adjustment, electronic regualtion, and 2-step regulation.

680I GAS VALVES

The 680I series gas valves are fully mechanical and compact. The 680I valve is a manually adjustable valve and the M680I is an electronically adjustable valve. Both valves have pilot port containing a safety magnet. The 680I series valves are a great fit in barbecue, fireplace, firepit, and firelog applications.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLS

Dexen Industries offers electronic control modules to pair with Dexen’s 6003-

3V, 6003V, & 935 series gas valves. Each module interfaces with Dexen’s gas

valve, pilot assembly, and includes wiring harnesses. Dexen’s gas control

systems are typically used in fireplaces, fire pits, wall furnaces, and

barbecue applications.
