    Position ObjectiveResponsible for overseeing financial management of Studio10a and directing theday-to-day operations of its staff, clients and projects. Ensure the brand is fulfilledand Atomics reputation for excellence is maintained while building relationshipsfor the future.

    Key Responsibilities1. Know Atomic history, values, capabilities, and capacity2. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business unit which has

    employees in multiple locations3. Serve as business agent; working with client and the team to complete the

    deal4. Manage workflow, air-traffic control, and capacity with the ability to

    understand the needs for each project and appropriately assign to bothfull-time and freelance team members.

    5. Oversee billing, invoicing and collections6. Develop and manage budget, profit and loss, etc.7. Intellectual property management8. Build and manage portfolio of trademarks, patents, etc.; facilitating

    process and relationship with legal counsel

    9. Oversee new product development; managing timelines and budgets10. Responsible for any outsourcing contracts11. Manage financial performance and other key metrics12. Manage overall client relations and servicing13. Institute and manage "Best Practices" across the business unit14. Assist in the development of an Annual Business Review for the

    department15. Assist in new business development and marketing16. Develop and maintain a strong network of creatives and designers17. Manage employee performance, establishment of compensation rates,

    creation/revision of job descriptions as needed, and conducting annual

    reviews18. Continue evolution of the business, its direction, growth and structure
