Purpose:
These instructions describe General Mills insurance requirements and provide examples of how a Certificate of Insurance should be filled out.
• All firms that perform on-site work at a General Mills location are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance before beginning work. This is stated directly on our purchase order.
• The table below summarizes the insurance requirements. The actual requirements are defined in the Source Documents listed in the bottom row of the table.
