Inspired by that, he wrote a 22-word obituary “anonymously” which came out among the classified ads in the Times Of India around 40 years ago.
As a result, police looked for him like hounds, but could not trace him (no proof for this line).
The obituary read – “O’Cracy, D. E. M., beloved husband of T. Ruth, loving father of L. I. Bertie, brother of Faith, Hope and Justicia, expired on June 26.”
What happened on June 26 in that year?

Following his death, it was patented and developed by Glen Kotelnikov but Reichelt was credited with the original design of X.
