Hardwire Installation
Use only approved 12 Volt DC transformers to power the
LED light panels.
When wiring the LED light panels to a hardwire 12 Volt DC transformer, all panels should be “home run” directly to the power transformer. The total combined wattage of the LED panels must not exceed the maximum rating of the transformer
The transformer voltage input should be wired to a standard household AC voltage line switch.
When using the dimming module KDD-12-14A with the
12 Volt DC transformer, Dimmer control input should be
wired to a 0-10 Volt controller
If wiring the panels in series, it is important to be aware
that voltage loss will occur over longer runs which will
a�ect the light intensity of the panels. Panels further
away from the power supply will be less bright than those
close to the power supply.

LED Light Panel
The LED light panel is designed to emit a bright,
even output of light across the entire surface of the
�xture. Edge lit with highly e�cient LEDs, the light
travels from the edges of the panel along laser
engraved channels etched into the optical grade
acrylic, to the centre of the panel. This patented
technology allows each panel to be brightly illu-
minated across its entire surface without dark
spots.
Even Illumination
At a depth of only 8mm, the LED light panel is the perfect solution for bright, even illumination on any project.
Maximum dimensions of each panel are 2440mm long x 1220mm wide. For larger applications, placing panels side by side will create a continuous light source.

are all easy to achieve with the LED light
panels. Our precise cutting machines are
able to work to your exact speci�cations, pro-
viding creative solutions to your lighting,
millwork, signage and display projects.
Installation
The LED light panels may be mounted to the wall,
ceiling or �oor by several means. Mounting clips
and fasteners such as “mirror clips” or other similar
hardware may be used to secure the LED light panel.
Be careful not to apply too much pressure on the
acrylic panel as it may crack or break under stress.
The LED panels are designed with unique heat sinks
which dissipate the heat generated by the LED
modules. This allows the panel to be directly
mounted to walls by drilling holes at locations on the
panel that are away from the sides where the LED
lights and heat sinks are located. A minimum
distance of 2” from the edges of the panel is
recommended.
NOTE: Damage may be caused by a damaged or
improper drill bit, excess strain on the panel, drilling
too close to the edges of the panel as well as many
other factors. Drilling holes in the LED light panel is
done at the sole discretion of the installer and the
manufacturer takes no responsibility for damage
caused by this action.

The LED light panels are powered by 12 Volt DC power adaptors and transformers. There are several options available to power the LED light panels including Plug-in power adaptors and hardwire transformers. When choosing the plug-in power adaptor option, we will include the appropriate power supply together with your LED light panel. When choosing the hardwire option, it is important to ensure that the power draw of the LED light panel does not exceed the maximum rating of the power suppliesided to avoid damaging the LED light panel and/or power supply. Any wiring from the power adaptor or transformer to the LED light panel should be kept as short as possible to avoid any voltage drop to the LED light panel.All power supplies are CE and UL listed for safety and conformity to electrical codes. Do not apply any voltage other than 12 Volt DC power to the LED light panel as it may cause damage and void the warranty. Warranty is void if using power adaptors or transformers not approved by the manufacturer.
The KDD-12V-14A dimming module is required to dim the LED light panels when powered with a hardwired power supply. This dimming module requires a 0-10V controller.

Spider Connector - One power adaptor can supply power to multiple LED light panels using the convenient spider connectors, as long as the total wattage of the LED light panels is less than the maximum wattage of the power adaptor. There are 3 spider connectors available: 2-way long, 4-way long and 6-way short.
Dimmer Module - The LED light panels can be dimmed with a DC dimmer module. The dimmer module consists of 3 components: dimmer main body, a sensor and a wireless remote control. install the dimmer module between the power supply and the LED light panel. Remove the battery protection sheet in the remote control. Point the remote control at the sensor to dim the panels. The dimmer capacity is max. 60W each. Larger panels with two power leads with the total wattage exceeding 60W require 2 dimmer modules. To control multiple panels with one remote control pad, put all sensors together in the same area. Multiple LED light panels can be controlled with 1 dimmer module as long as the total wattage of all panels is less than 60W.

LED Light Panel
The LED light panel is designed to emit a bright,
even output of light across the entire surface of the
�xture. Edge lit with highly e�cient LEDs, the light
travels from the edges of the panel along laser
engraved channels etched into the optical grade
acrylic, to the centre of the panel. This patented
technology allows each panel to be brightly illu-
minated across its entire surface without dark
spots.
Even Illumination
At a depth of only 8mm, the LED light panel is the perfect solution for bright, even illumination on any project.
Maximum dimensions of each panel are 2440mm long x 1220mm wide. For larger applications, placing panels side by side will create a continuous light source.

panels. Our precise cutting machines are
able to work to your exact speci�cations, pro-
viding creative solutions to your lighting,
millwork, signage and display projects.
Installation
The LED light panels may be mounted to the wall,
ceiling or �oor by several means. Mounting clips
and fasteners such as “mirror clips” or other similar
hardware may be used to secure the LED light panel.
Be careful not to apply too much pressure on the
acrylic panel as it may crack or break under stress.
The LED panels are designed with unique heat sinks
which dissipate the heat generated by the LED
modules. This allows the panel to be directly
mounted to walls by drilling holes at locations on the
panel that are away from the sides where the LED
lights and heat sinks are located. A minimum
distance of 2” from the edges of the panel is
recommended.
NOTE: Damage may be caused by a damaged or
improper drill bit, excess strain on the panel, drilling
too close to the edges of the panel as well as many
other factors. Drilling holes in the LED light panel is
done at the sole discretion of the installer and the
manufacturer takes no responsibility for damage
caused by this action.

LED Technology While LED technology has been around for many years, it has had mixed success in real world applications. Short life-span, poor light output and undesirable color temperatures are but a few of the problems that have plagued LED products. Generally, these problems are a result of low qual-ity products and poor product design.
The Lite-House LED panel is internationally patented and uses only the highest quality LED semi-conductors manufactured by Toyoda Gosei of Japan. These LEDs are manufactured and tested under the strictest tolerances for use in Japan’s automotive, aerospace and display technol-ogy industries. By using only the highest quality LED semi-conductors in the world, we can o�er a high performance product with accurate, stable color temperatures over a lifespan of 100,000 hours or more. To ensure the longest possible lifespan of these LEDs, we have designed each panel with an integrated heat sink to dissipate the heat generated by the LEDs.

Hardwire Installation
Use only approved 12 Volt DC transformers to power the
LED light panels.
When wiring the LED light panels to a hardwire 12 Volt DC transformer, all panels should be “home run” directly to the power transformer. The total combined wattage of the LED panels must not exceed the maximum rating of the transformer
The transformer voltage input should be wired to a standard household AC voltage line switch.
When using the dimming module KDD-12-14A with the
12 Volt DC transformer, Dimmer control input should be
wired to a 0-10 Volt controller
If wiring the panels in series, it is important to be aware
that voltage loss will occur over longer runs which will
a�ect the light intensity of the panels. Panels further
away from the power supply will be less bright than those
close to the power supply.
