(1) Check the differential pressure of the duplex strainer in the seal oil feed line. (2) Check the differential pressure between the machine gas and the seal oil. (3) Check the oil level in the vacuum tank and float trap.

(4) Check the liquid detector sight glasses.

(5) Check the hydrogen purity and flow meter indications.

(6) Check the operation of the seal oil vacuum pump and check for excessive accumulation of moisture.

(7) Check all the indicating instruments.

(1) Drain and clean the seal oil strainer. (2) Inspect the main and recalculating seal oil pumps and motors. (3) Inspect the emergency seal oil pump and motor. (4) Inspect the vacuum pump and geared motor. (5) Inspect and clean the inside of the vacuum tank and float trap, and also inspect the operation of the float valve and switch. (6) Clean the inside of the hydrogen detraining tank and air detraining tank. (7) Carry out the oil flushing of the shaft seal oil system of the generator. (8) Confirm that the seal oil is at the normal level.
