Throughout Spectrum Business, I have worked closely with Commercial accounts via repair and billing and worked closely with leadership on escalated issues. I manage and reply to almost all the incoming emails to the billing team. I have worked several hours of overtime assisting our account coordinators’ team and working the escalations bucket.
