Pulau Redang Redang Island has been increasingly growing in stature as a dive destination, long popular with Malaysian
divers and now gaining a deserved international reputation. The reefs of the Redang archipelago consist of

means the diving experience here is also very pleasant and interesting. Look out for fishes such as rabbit
fish, silver barracudas, parrotfish, as well as turtles and occasional cuttlefish, squid or eagle ray. Feathers tars,

SGD 40/ child
Meal Activity Level Features Duration* Participants Remarks
- 3-4 hours Min. 30 Max 50
Snorkelling
** ONBOARD SELLING ONLY **
Pulau Redang Marine Park: For non-divers, the best way to enjoy
the beauty of the marine environment in Redang is to snorkel.
Redang offers a safe and family-friendly snorkelling experience with
its clear, calm waters. You'll be amazed at what you can see: schools
of hump head parrotfish, squid, sea snakes, baby black tip sharks,
stingrays, giant groupers, moray eels, turtles, sea cucumbers, starfish
and many other different species of fish and hard or soft corals.
The Marine Park Centre is the most popular snorkelling destination.
At 3 to 6 metres deep, the area around the jetty at the Marine Park
Centre in Pulau Redang is covered mainly with hard corals and offers
easy access to a large variety of marine life that resides among the
PVC pipes of the artificial reef directly under the jetty – the most
popular residents are the giant grouper and moray eel.
This place has the largest concentration of fishes in any single
location probably due to the fact that many visitors feed the fish.
Expect plenty of hungry damselfish, sergeant majors, wrasses,
parrotfish and the resident triggerfish seeking food handouts from
visitors. Just be careful not to get your fingers mistaken for food!
Napoleon wrasses are occasionally spotted to the west of the jetty, as
are adult black tip sharks.
Inclusion: life jacket, snorkel mask and boat transfers to the Marine
Park.
Important Notes:
- Guests shall consider their physical condition and medical history in determining whether they are suitable to join this tour.
