Gentleness

• Your gentleness has made me great▫ Psalm 18:25-36

•Matthew 11:29▫ “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle

and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

God is Gentle with us

• It will prevent anger▫ Proverbs 15:1-2

▫ Titus 3:2 “Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to obey, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing all humility to all men”

• It will prevent “course jesting”▫ Ephesians 5:3-4

• It will prevent violence ▫ 1 Timothy 3:3 “not violent but gentle”

Speak with Gentleness

•We have to keep them learning▫ 2 Timothy 2:24-26

•We are all a different levels of understanding▫ 1 Thessalonians 2:7-9

Teach with Gentleness

•Galatians 6:1▫ “Restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness”

Restore with Gentleness

• You become Approachable▫ Philippians 4:5 “Let your gentleness be known to all men.

The Lord is at hand”

• Jesus is Approachable▫ Isaiah 40:11
