LATE FEEA late fee may be applied to accounts not paid within 30 days. LATE CHARGE is compiled by a “periodic rate” of 1.50% per month which is an ANNUAL RATE of 18%.

FREIGHT AND SHIPPINGIndividual orders of $2500.00 or more for a single shipment to one destination within the continental United States will be FULL FREIGHT PREPAID. Any back orders occurring from an original qualifying prepaid order will also be shipped prepaid. NOTE: Delivery method will be decided by SitePro. Special delivery requests will be customer’s expense.

DIRECT SHIPMENTSA handling fee of $20.00 and freight prepaid will be assessed on drop shipped orders totaling less than $250.00.

RETURN POLICYReturned merchandise will be accepted for credit only when written permission has been received from SitePro. A 15% handling charge will be made on all returns with the following exceptions:

• Merchandise shipped in error by SitePro.

SitePro warrants laser and optical instruments to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse. For more details of warranty coverage and warranty repair information, call (855) 354-9881. This warranty does not apply to accessories items or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by person other than SitePro or authorized service center. This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights and you may have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces. ST-series magnetic locators have warranty for a period of seven (7) years from date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessory items such as tripods, rods, poles, prisms, hand levels, hand tools, safety vests, fi eld supplies, instrument accessories and other related items. These items receive a 90 day limited warranty.To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the tool, transportation prepaid, along with any relevant paperwork (RGA number, if you have obtained one, proof of purchase, contact information, and any request for new accessories, etc.) to our Service Department or an Authorized Service Center.

Set-up fee is $20 for artwork preparation. Additional charge is $1.50 per application on product. For example: If you order 10 tripods and place your logo on one leg, the total cost is 10 x $1.50 = $15.00 + $20 set-up fee. The set-up fee is a one time fee.Minimum order quantities may apply.
