Welcome from GAPA’s President

Dear Conference Attendees,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all. The GAPA Conference Planning Committee and Management Team have been hard at work putting together an incredible schedule of events for GAPA’s upcoming 2016 Spring and Summer Conferences. With such a vast selection of informative lectures and workshops, there is an abundance of valuable skills and knowledge available to everyone attending. Along with providing quality education, they’ve found a way to throw in some fun packed events and family fun time for all ages to enjoy!

While GAPA’s mission is to empower and afford Physician Assistants a voice in legislation, protect the right to practice, provide meaningful connections and the edge to succeed through quality education, GAPA conferences are open to all colleagues and we welcome you with open arms. When we stand together, we make a difference in our patients’ lives and and in the communities we serve.

Due to overwhelming response from our last conference, we are happy to announce that our Spring Conference will again be held at the Cobb Energy Center in Atlanta. While this location seems to be a very convenient meeting site for attendees, it also offers up families the opportunity to enjoy many of the activities the great city of Atlanta has to offer.

For our Summer Conference in July, we will be heading back to beautiful Sandestin, Florida to the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The week long venue will not only offer up intensive instruction and skill building workshops, but will also allow you to catch up with old friends and make new ones. And when you’re in the mood to relax or play hard, you’ll be able to take in some fun family activities on and off the beach.

Whether your main focus is to learn, network or kick back, GAPA Conferences have something for YOU! Don’t miss out on these phenomenal opportunities which await you. Register today!

Tim Dare, PA-CGAPA President
