Who we are: MISSION
To support the recruitment, education, training, and retention
of a diverse health professions workforce throughout Georgia.
What we do:SERVICES
Health Professions Workforce Pipeline
RECRUIT→ TRAIN → RETAIN
RECRUIT:to educate community members about health
career choices and recruit future health
professionals
TRAIN: to facilitate community based clinical training
experiences for students and residents
RETAIN:to provide education
and resources to assist and support health care
professionals
What we do:STRUCTURE
6 regional AHECs, one statewide Program Office, 6 regional Boards
of Directors, and one Statewide AHEC Network Advisory Council
