1. Allgemeine Hinweise

Sauggeräusche an der Speischale können durch zu hohen Unterdruck der Saugmaschine, oder durch gerade und kurze Verbindungsleitungen zwischen Speischale und Amalgamabscheider entstehen.

Falls Sauggeräusche in Verbindung mit dem MST 1 entstehen, sollte zuerst der Unterdruck (max. 250 mbar) und das Luftbeiströmventil kontrolliert werden. Bestehen die Geräusche trotz korrektem Unterdruck weiterhin, so können diese mittels dem externen Rückschlagventil vermieden werden.

2. Montageanleitung

1 Siehe BildVerbindungsleitung 1.1 Zentrifugenpumpe zu Modul 2 1.2 ca. 5 cm von der Zentrifuge entfernt aufschneiden 1.3 .

2 Siehe BildDer mittlere Anschluss des Rückschlagventils wird mit dem Winkelstück - Modul 2 verbunden 2.1 . Mit dem 2. Anschluss wird die Verbindung zur Zentrifugenpumpe hergestellt 2.2 .

3. Funktionsprüfung

Bitte kontrollieren Sie für eine korrekte Funktionsprüfung alle angeführten Punkte. Treten bei einem dieser Punkte Fehler auf, so befolgen Sie die Anweisungen unter 4. Einstellung.

3 Siehe Bild � Bei Saugbetrieb darf kein Wasser von der Zentrifugenpumpe in das

Modul 2 gezogen werden 3.1 . � Beim Absaugen dürfen keine Geräusche am externen

Rückschlagventil entstehen. � Beim Rückpumpen der Zentrifuge muss normaler Wasserdurchfluss

gegeben sein 3.2 . � Dichtheit: Beim Rückpumpen der Zentrifuge darf kein Wasser aus

dem Rückschlagventil austreten.

4. Einstellung

3 Siehe Bild � Achten Sie darauf, dass das Unterteil 4.1 nicht zu fest

angeschlossen ist. Eine korrekte Funktionsweise, wie unter Punkt 3 beschrieben, kann durch leichtes Verdrehen (maximal 1/4 Drehung vom voreingestellten Zustand) des Unterteils nach links oder rechts erreicht werden.

� Nach erfolgter Einstellung nochmalige Funktionsprüfung wie unter 3 beschrieben.

Assembly and operation

1. General Instructions

Suction noises at the cuspidor can occur due to high underpressure of the suction machine, or due to a straight and short connection between the cuspidor and the amalgam separator.

In case that suction noises are occur in connection with the MST 1, check the underpressure (max. 250 bar) as well as the air bypass valve. If the suction noises continue in spite of a correct rate of underpressure, this can be ramified by installing an external non-return valve.

1.2 at approx. 5 cm from the centrifuge 1.3 .

2 See pictureAttach the middle connection of the non-return valve with the angle piece – module 2 2.1 . The second connection should be attached to the centrifuge pump 2.2 .

3. Function check

Please check that the following aspects are functioning correctly. If there should be any errors see 4. Adjustment.

while the suction is in operation 3.1 . � No sounds should occur at the non-return valve when suction is

taking place � When the centrifuge pumps water back into the container, a normal

water flow must be ensured 3.2 . � Sealing: When the centrifuge pumps water back into the container,

water must not leak out of the non-return valve

4. Adjustment

3 See picture � Make sure that the bottom part 4.1 is not screwed on too tightly.

The correct functioning of the part, as described under point 3 can be reached by a max. quarter turn starting form the pre-

adjusted condition, either to the right or left.

� After successful adjustment, check functions again as described above 3 .

1. Instructions générales

Un bruit d’aspiration au niveau du crachoir peut être provoqué par une dépression trop élevée du moteur d’aspiration ou par une conduite de raccordement trop droite et/ou trop courte entre le crachoir et le séparateur d’amalgame.

Si on entend un bruit d’aspiration sur un MST 1, il est nécessaire de vérifier dans un premier temps le niveau de dépression (max. 250 mbar) et la soupape de délestage au niveau du moteur d’aspiration luimême. Si la dépression est correcte et que le bruit persiste, il est possible de le supprimer en installant un clapet anti-retour externe.

2. Manuel d’installation

1 Voir schémaCouper le tuyau de raccordement entre la pompe de la centrifugeuse

1.1 et le module 2 1.2 à env. 5 cm du bas de la centrifugeuse 1.3 .

2 Voir schémaRaccorder la jonction du milieu du clapet anti-retour 2.1 au tuyau transparent long du module 2 2.2 . Faire la jonction avec la pompe de la centrifugeuse à l’aide du deuxième point de raccord sur le clapet.

3. Test de fonctionnalité

Vérifier le bon fonctionnement du clapet en suivant les étapes indiquées. Si une erreur survient lors de cette vérification, veuillez suivre les indications du point 4. Réglage.

module 2 pendant l’aspiration 3.1 . � Aucun bruit ne doit se produire au niveau du clapet anti-retour

externe pendant l’aspiration � Le passage d’eau doit être assuré normalement lors du cycle de

retour de la centrifugeuse 3.2 . � Etanchéité: L’eau ne doit pas sortir du clapet anti-retour lors du

cycle de retour de la centrifugeuse

4. Réglage

3 Voir schéma � Veillez à ce que la partie inférieure 4.1 du clapet ne soit pas

trop fermée. Une fonctionnalité correcte, telle que décrite sous point 3 , peut être atteinte en tournant la partie inférieure légèrement à droite ou à gauche (1/4 de tour max. ).

� Une fois le réglage fini, veuillez procéder à l’épreuve de fonctionnalité telle que décrite sous point 3 .

Potrebbero esserci dei rumori alla sputacchiera dovuti ad una sottopressione dell’impianto di aspirazione troppo alta, o dovuti ai tubi di collegamento tra la sputacchiera e il separatore d’amalgama troppo diritti e/o corti.

In caso di rumori nel collegamento con l’MST 1 dovrebbero essere controllate dapprima la sottopressione (max. 250 mbar) e la valvola di compensazione. Se i rumori dovessero continuare nonostante la corretta sottopressione, allora interviene la valvola esterna di non ritorno ad evitarli.

2. Guida al montaggio

1 Vedasi figuraIl tubo di collegamento della pompa centrifuga 1.1 al modulo 2 1.2 va tagliato a una distanza di 5 cm dalla centrifuga 1.3 .

2 Vedasi figuraL’allacciamento centrale della valvola di non ritorno 2.1 viene collegato con il raccordo di trasmissione acqua da modulo 2 a centrifuga

2.2 . Con il secondo allacciamento viene creato il collegamento alla pompa centrifuga.

3. Verifica del funzionamento

Per una corretta verifica del funzionamento controllare tutti i punti indicati. Nel caso in cui, in uno di questi punti dovessero verificarsi errori, seguite le indicazioni al punto 4. Collaudo.

3 Vedasi figura � Durante il funzionamento dell‘aspirazione non dev‘essere

risucchiata acqua all’interno del modulo 2 3.1 proveniente dalla pompa centrifuga.

� Durante l’aspirazione non devono esserci rumori alla valvola esterna di non ritorno

� Durante il funzionamento della centrifuga ci dev‘essere il normale flusso dell’acqua 3.2 .

� Densità: Durante il funzionamento della centrifuga non ci dev‘essere dispersione di acqua dalla valvola di non ritorno

4. Collaudo

3 Vedasi figura � Fate attenzione che la parte inferiore 4.1 non sia chiusa troppo

strettamente. Per avere un corretto funzionamento, como descritto al punto 3 effettuare una leggera torsione (max ¼ di giro rispetto allo stato di preregolazione) della parte inferiore verso sinistra o verso destra.

� Dopo che il collaudo è stato eseguito con successo rifare la verifica del funzionamento come descritto al punto 3 .

Garantiebestimmungen

METASYS liefert ausschließlich auf Grundlage der gegenständlichen Geschäftsbe-dingungen, soweit die Vertragsparteien nicht schriftlich eine abweichende Verein-barung getroffen haben.

1. Wir gewähren Ihnen 12 – 36 Monate Garantie (produktabhängig).

2. Die Garantie umfasst alle Ansprüche aufgrund von Materialfehlern, welche die Funktion beeinträchtigen. Ausgenommen sind Schäden, die durch falsche oder unsachgemäße Handhabung sowie normalen Verschleiß entstehen. Die Garantie bezieht sich nicht auf den Austausch des Amalgam-Sammelbehälters. Vorgeschriebene Wartungsintervalle sind verbindlich einzuhalten. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, das mit dem Gerät ausgelieferte Gerätedokument zur Überprüfung von Wartungsintervallen anzufordern.

3. Um die Gültigkeit der Garantie festzusetzen, ist es notwendig, nach ordnungsgemäßer Montage die beigefügte Montagemeldung unverzüglich an uns zu retournieren. Einbau und Einsendung der Montagemeldung müssen innerhalb von 24 Monaten erfolgen, und zwar ab Datum des Verkaufs durch METASYS.

4. Der Einbau sowie die vorgeschriebenen Servicierungen müssen von METASYS-geschulten Technikern durchgeführt und im Gerätedokument eingetragen werden.

5. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass Garantieansprüche bei Amalgamabscheidern nur bei vorgeschriebener Verwendung des METASYS Absaugdesinfektions- und -reinigungsmittels GREEN&CLEAN M2, bei Luft-Wasser-Separationen und zentralen Saugsystemen nur bei vorgeschriebener Verwendung des METASYS GREEN&CLEAN M2/GREEN&CLEAN CL sowie beim Wasserentkeimungsgerät WEK/WEK Light bei ausnahmsloser Verwendung des METASYS Entkeimungspräparates GREEN&CLEAN WK geltend gemacht werden können. Dasselbe gilt für das Hygienesystem H1, für welches nur das METASYS GREEN&CLEAN H1 verwendet werden darf. Gesetzliche Gewährleistungsansprüche bleiben davon unberührt.

Information on guarantee claims

METASYS delivers exclusively on the basis of the present terms and conditions, insofar as contractual partners have not struck a deviating agreement in writing.

1. Guarantee claims on our products are valid for a period from 12 to 36 months (depending on the product).

2. This guarantee includes all claims regarding material failures that affect the function of the device. Damages caused by wrong or improper handling or normal abrasion and the exchange of the collection amalgam container are excluded from the guarantee claim. Compulsory maintenance rates have to be met precisely. The producer reserves to himself the right to request the corresponding product documents to ascertain service rates.

3. To assert the validity of the guarantee claim it is necessary to return the attached installation proof to the producer right after the installation. Installation and return of installation proof must be completed within 24 months after date of sale from METASYS.

4. Both the installation and the required inspections have to be carried out by a technician trained by METASYS and have to be registered in the METASYS equipment logbook.

5. We point out that guarantee claims for amalgam separators can only be asserted if the device has been treated with the suction system disinfectant METASYS GREEN&CLEAN M2 For air/water separations and central suction systems guarantee claims can only be asserted if the devices have been treated with the suction system disinfectant GREEN&CLEAN M2 or the cleaner GREEN&CLEAN CL according to the directions of use. In case of water decontamination system WEK/WEK Light, the unexceptional use of the water decontamination preparation GREEN&CLEAN WK is essential for the validity of a guarantee claim. This regulation does also apply to the hygiene system H1, which must exclusively be operated with GREEN&CLEAN H1. Implied warranty remains unaffected of this.

Conditions de garantie

METASYS effectue les livraisons exclusivement sur la base de ses propres conditions générales de vente; toute convention dérogeante à ces conditions particulières n'est valable qu'une fois acceptée par écrit.

1. Nous accordons une garantie de 12 à 36 mois (suivant le produit).

2. La garantie s'étend sur toutes les demandes résultant d'un défaut de fabrication affectant la fonctionnalité de l'appareil. La garantie ne s'applique pas à des défauts résultant d'une utilisation inappropriée, aux pièces d'usure ou à l'échange du récipient de collecte. L'intervalle des maintenances programmées doit être obligatoirement respectée. En cas d'une demande de garantie, le fabricant se réserve le droit de demander le livret de l'appareil avec les dates des maintenances effectuées.

3. Afin d'arrêter la validité de la garantie le coupon de garantie dûment rempli doit être retourné à METASYS immédiatement après l'installation de l'appareil. L'installation et le retour du coupon de garantie doivent se faire dans un délai maximum de 24 mois, la date de facture faisant foi.

4. L'installation ainsi que les inspections périodiques prévues par le fabricant doivent être effectuées par du personnel formé et autorisé par METASYS.

5. METASYS ne donnera suite aux demandes de garantie fabricant que si le produit de nettoyage et de désinfection pour l’aspiration GREEN&CLEAN M2/ GREEN&CLEAN CL est exclusivement utilisé comme préconisé pour les récupérateurs d’amalgame, les séparateurs air-eau et les aspirations centralisées; le GREEN&CLEAN WK pour les systèmes de decontamination d’eau WEK/WEK Light ainsi que le GREEN&CLEAN H1 pour le système d’hygiène H1. Les garanties légales s’appliquent indépendamment des garanties fabricant.

Le presenti condizioni di vendita disciplinano tutte le consegne DENTAL ECO SERVICE ITALIA SRL a meno che i contraenti abbiano raggiunto un accordo diverso per iscritto.

1. Vi accordiamo una garanzia di 12-36 mesi (a seconda del prodotto)

2. La garanzia comprende tutti i diritti, sulla base di difetti di materiale che pregiudicano la funzione. Sono esclusi i danni causati da manipolazioni improprie così come da normale usura. La garanzia non è riferita alla sostituzione del contenitore di raccolta dell'amalgama. E' necessario osservare i termini prescritti. Il produttore si riserva il diritto di esigere il documento con il quale viene corredato il macchinario fornito, per la verifica della scadenza.

3. Per fissare la validità della garanzia, dopo il regolare montaggio è necessario rendere immediatamente verbale d'installazione allegato. Montaggio ed invio dell'avviso del montaggio eseguito devono avvenire entro 24 mesi dalla data di vendita da DENTAL ECO SERVICE ITALIA SRL.

4. Il montaggio così come le manutenzioni prescritte devono essere condotti da tecnici formati dalla METASYS e riportati nel manuale di garanzia.

5. Si fa presente che potranno essere fatti valere i diritti alla garanzia solo, se con separatori d’amalgama verrà utilizzato il prodotto prescritto di disinfezione e pulizia GREEN&CLEAN M2, e se con separatori aria/acqua e sistemi di aspirazione, verranno utilizzati i prodotti di disinfezione e/o pulizia per l’aspirazione prescritti GREEN&CLEAN M2 / GREEN&CLEAN CL, così come se, con il sistema di decontaminzione dell'acqua WEK/WEK Light, verrà utilizzato esclusivamente il preparato METASYS per la decontaminazione GREEN&CLEAN WK. Lo stesso vale per il sistema d'igiene H1, per il quale è permesso l'utilizzo del solo GREEN&CLEAN H1. Di questo rimangono intangibili i legali diritti di garanzia di assenza di vizi del prodotto consegnato.
