Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Education Society Managed

Faculty of Engineering Technology & Research (FETR) is

recognized by the AICTE and affiliated to Gujarat

Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad.

Our institute has established Students Startup Support

System (S4) for the overall development of students/faculties by

organizing various entrepreneurship and innovation related

programmes/workshops.

The main objective of this committee is impart the

knowledge to achieve/startup such entrepreneurship and in need

help them startup/implement their ideas.

Experts and successful entrepreneurs are invited to relay

their knowledge and experiences with the students/faculties.

This committee shall also pay attention on outstanding pre-final

year students that have exceptional knowledge and feasible

innovative ideas that could be implemented and worked upon.

Germany is providing very important contribution in the

field of engineering. However, the German University offers

various post graduate and research programs in engineering

sector. The program offers very good opportunities for

engineering students. For seeking admission in these courses

requires A-1 level to C-2 level knowledge of German language.

Students who pass this level, there are good opportunities to

study in a good university in Germany without paying tuition

fees.

Our institute has organized German Language coaching

program of one month during 9th June, 2015 to 8

th July, 2015 in

association with M/s Edworld Education, Surat and Wizdoms

Education Project, Mumbai for final year pass out students of

degree engineering.

In view of the opportunities available in the German

language, the opening ceremony organized by the College on

9/6/2015. The program was graced with the presence of CEO of

the Gulf Marine Maintenance Offshore Services Limited (India)

Mr. Shishir sir and Mrs. Gargi sinha. The program was also

attended by Mr. Dharmeshbhai Patel, Director of Edworld

Education at surat.

[Inauguration ceremony of German Coaching Program]

On this occasion, the college Principal Dr. Lateshbhai

Chaudhri said that through this course two of the college

students will be selected for further advance course in Germany,

50% of the costs, which will be awarded as scholarship. The

main guest of the program, Mr. Shishir sir said that after

completion of this course, students will find good opportunities.

Mr. Dharmesh bhai said that this is the first college in the

Gujarat where German language courses are introduced for

final year pass out students in free of cost. It raises student's

self-confidence.

The institute will carry out all efforts to making them grow

and get better opportunities for post graduation/Research

programme in German university. On this occasion, the Vice

President of SVPE Society Shri Manaharabhai Patel and Trustee

Shri Babubhai Patel congratulated all the students.

The German Language Course is conducted by Indian

German language faculty Mr Vivek kumar from M/S Edworld

Education, Surat and one week course is conducted by German

Faculty Kalinka Frielingsdorf from EIIE EURASIA Institute,

Berlin

After the completion of the coaching program two student

Mr. Pranav Sonagara and Mr. Vishal Patel of Mechanical

department selected for scholarship of Rs. 5,00,000 sponsored

by M/S Edworld education for further advance course in

German Language.

Mr. Vikrambhai Naik, Chairman of Vasudha Group and

Wizdoms Libraries, Mumbai has provided variety of German

Books, dictionaries and DVDs of German language programme

and GATE examination manuals under Wisdom Corner in the

college library. The entire program hosted by Asst. Prof. in

Management Prof. Trupti Desai.
