Smriti Yoga has a safe and open environment which allows you to enhance your skills as a yoga practitioner and a teacher. We focus on practice, adjustment, alignment and teaching methodology. You will learn how to practice Yoga tailored individually for you and how to help others find the most beneficial style of practice for them.
We provide Yoga Alliance registered teacher training courses approved by Yoga Alliance. After the completion of the course with us, you will be able to become RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). Please see the standards on www.yogaalliance.org. Our certificate is accepted and respected all over the world.

1. The plantations are totally organic. Guests can see and learn how natural organic farming is maintained. For example to protect the vanilla crop from bacteria we depend on a particular species of ants which eat the bacteria. Nature has given everything. There is a perfect balance; all we need is to harness it. There is natural honey produced in the farm and one can learn how to use these organic spices in cooking or for medicinal use.
2. The restaurant is made up of bamboo and coconut leaves to maintain ecological and organic feel. The food is freshly cooked with organic spices grown in our farm. One can also enjoy pure raw cacao smoothies.
