PRE PRIMARY WING OF PMS BOWENPALLY CELEBRATED VANAMAHOTSAV
WITH ALL THE ENTHUSIASM… THE LITTLE ONCE DRESSED UP IN GREEN AND
BROUGHT THE SAPLINGS TO PLANT IT IN THE SCHOOL VICINITY.
THE LITTLE ONCE WERE IMPARTED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF ADVANTAGES
OF GROWING TREES…. THE KIDS ALSO RELISHED FOOD ITEMS IN GREEN.
IN ALL IT WAS A FULFILLED DAY FOR THE LITTLE ONCE.
VANAMAHOTSAV
BONALU
Bonalu is a festival of Telangana. Goddess Mahankali is worshipped on this
day. The vibrant and unique folk festival, Bonalu was celebrated in pre-
primary block in Bowenpally.
The celebrations began with a prayer followed by dance and participants
carried exquisitely decorated mud pots on their head. We invited the
mother’s of pre-primary kids to speak about the Bonalu festival.
