The following booking symbols will be displayed next to the holiday activities:

Book Online…Step 1 Log onto:www.staffordbc.gov.uk/GETOUT and click on the link for ‘online bookings’

Step 2 You will need to ‘set up an account’ [if you haven’t already got one] and ‘log in’ by clicking on the right hand side button.

Step 3 Once registered/logged in you will need to choose the activity you wish to book and then select the participants by ticking the boxes on the right hand side. You will then need to proceed to Pay Pal payment.

Step 4 You will be sent a confirmation email and in some cases extra information on what your child needs to bring with them on the day.

NOTE Online booking will close at 4pm on the day before the activity, subject to availability.

There’s a packed programme of activities as well as taster sessions in Olympic sports to celebrate The Games this summer, so don’t miss out - Get Out!

BOOKING INFORMATION Early booking is advisable as places are issued on a first come first served basis, and most places will only be reserved once full payment is received. Many activities require advance booking, which can be done either online, by phone or by visiting the leisure centre receptions [where applicable].

Book over the phone… You can phone to secure your place on an activity, and in some cases pay by card [subject to availability].

Book at reception… Visit the leisure reception before the day of the

activity to secure a place. You may need to pay in advance.

Turn up on the day… Some activities do not need to be booked in

advance and you can just turn up on the day with your money. In most cases you will need to complete an application form on arrival.NOTE It is better to book in advance where possible - there’s limited availability for some activities.
