The Upshur County Emergency Service District (ESD) #1 will hold a public hearing at 6:00pm on August 10, 2020 via Zoom Conference Call regarding a petition for division of the district to form Upshur County ESD #2. The territory of the proposed new ESD (Upshur County ESD #2) will be the territory of the New Diana ISD located in Upshur County, the territory of the Ore City ISD that is located in Upshur County and the territory of the Pittsburg ISD that is located in the Northeast Part of Upshur County.
