“What is great about SCAE’s World of Coffee is that, as the
premier speciality coffee event, there is so much on offer for
the coffee community to enjoy. Over the last few years, the
show has grown in stature and size, consistently bringing
together over 5,000 visitors, 200 exhibitors and 1,000
competitors, all under one roof. Whether you’re hoping to
expand your business network, you’re keen to keep up-to-date
with innovative trends, or you’re here to witness the finest
coffee professionals on the World Championship stage, what
better setting to do it in than World of Coffee?
“This year’s staging in Gothenburg places the show at the
heart of the world’s biggest coffee consumer market, and at
the centre of Europe’s Nordic region. Gothenburg is not just
beautiful, it’s a vibrant, trendy city, full of life and culture, and
its speciality coffee market is ever-increasing, appealing to
older and younger audiences alike.
“So come and soak up the atmosphere, immerse yourself in
the culture, and take part in the coffee community’s greatest
annual showpiece that is World of Coffee.”
David Veal
Executive Director SCAE

Midsummer Nights’ Dream
In 2015, SCAE will bring the speciality coffee industry’s best suppliers and operators directly to
the doorstep of the planet’s most prolific coffee drinkers. No other people in the world drink more
coffee per capita than the denizens of Finland, Sweden and Norway and, with such a widespread
passion for coffee, it is little wonder that the Nordic industry has established itself as a leading
trendsetter in global coffee culture.
With its central location at the heart of the region, Gothenburg is the perfect host city for the
Nordic World of Coffee, bringing discerning coffee lovers from across Scandinavia and around
the world together for a three-day celebration of coffee during Midsummer Week. Their thirst
for coffee trends and desire to learn about the latest innovations in coffee make them the ideal
audience for Europe’s biggest coffee event. As SCAE’s largest ever exhibition, World of Coffee
2015 is one midsummer party not to be missed.

Promoting Coffee to the Wider Community

of the coffee community, World of Coffee
appeals to more than baristas, café owners and
coffee industry suppliers. The show provides
restaurateurs, publicans, hoteliers, caterers and
food and beverage operators an opportunity to
learn more about coffee and find out how a top
quality, efficient coffee service can handsomely
boost profits in all hospitality and catering
businesses.
Along with leading coffee producers, World of
Coffee also attracts suppliers of bean-to-cup
and coffee pod machines, grinders, roasters, bar
equipment, pastries and confectionery.
