Get started with Fuze Mobile Application

Mobile Overview

1. Download and install mobile app from App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android).

fuze.com

2. Sign into the mobile app using the same login credentials as the desktop application.

3. Sign into the mobile app and follow prompts to complete initial setup.

4. Update your profile picture and enter a status using the status/setting menu.

To make a call, find a contact a and click the call icon

or enter phone number in the dialpad and click the call icon.

Place an internal Call Place a Call Using the Dial Pad

1. Click Search button2. Enter name or number in Search for People3. Hover over contact4. Click Call icon

1. Click the Dial Pad icon2. Enter number with mouse or numbers (area code + number)3. Available actions during active call:

1. Follow the instructions in your welcome email to get started with Fuze.2. Follow the prompts to install the client.3. Log in with your credentials.4. Update your profile picture using the status/setting menu.5. Set and test your A/V settings.6. Start Fuzing!

Share Content during a Meeting1. During a meeting, click the Share icon2. You can then choose to share: - A file - A white board (and draw on it) - Your entire screen or a specific app

1. Click the Answer icon2. Click the Reject icon3. Or click Accept or Decline from the popup

3. Choose the name, enter participants and click Start Now

4. You can still invite someone by clicking

Schedule a Meeting1. Follow the same process as above but click

2. The participants will receive an invitation via email with a link to join the meeting3. Even if a participant doesn’t have a Fuze desktop application, he/she can join the meeting via a web browser.

Start a Video Call

1. Following the same process as the voice call, click2. Wait for the other participant to accept

Blind Transfer and Attended Transfer

1. Click the Transfer button2. Select Blind Transfer (end the call and transfer) or Attended Transfer (hold the call and ask for transfer)3. Enter the name or number4. Click the Transfer icon5. Click Transfer when ready if you chose Attended transfer

Start a Group Call

1. Call the first participant2. Click the Add Caller icon3. Enter and select the names or phone numbers of the additional participants (5 maximum)

Send an Instant Message

1. Click the Search button2. Hover over contact and clickor3. Click the name in the people list on the left

Send a File via Instant Message

Group Chat (up to 100 participants)

1. While in chat, click the Send File icon

2. Select the file, click Open and Send

Lead a Meeting1. The leader can mute participants by clicking the Mute button when hovering their names2. Participants can click on More Actions and Raise your flag to let the leader know they want to speak
