Supply Chain Platform (SCP)

• A software tool that improves supply chain management for buyers and suppliers.

• A common platform to share information in a standard format, between organizations that use different internal data systems.

• There is a sliding scale of fees payable for using SCP, depending on the annual number of transactions that you receive.

Login and Access to SCP


Managed Access Gateway (MAG)

• MAG is Exostar’s account management tool

> Provides an additional “layer” of security

> Single source to manage user information and access controls for multiple Exostar applications

• Data Storage:

> User’s contact information - stored in MAG layer

> Supply chain data - stored in SCP layer


Key User Roles

• Two key user roles in MAG:

> Organization Administrator – Owns the relationship between your company and Exostar– Likely to be the person who registered your company with Exostar– Can create other users for your organization

> Application Administrator– Manages the day-to-day use of SCP– Can select default preference values for the company

• Four key user roles in SCP:

> Admin – can assign other users to roles, and set default preferences for your company

> User – standard role that can view, respond and create documents in SCP

> Shipper – can create ASNs, but only view all other document types in SCP

> Viewer – can view information, but cannot take action or create any documents
