Continuing careThere can often be only limited access to assisted living and skilled nursing care in continuing care communities. These communities charge full retail for skilled care and put a cap on the amount of days allowable. In addition, memory care is not always offered.

RentalWhen you lease a residence, you may not be provided with any on-site health care services at all, and if it is offered, you pay premium rates for these services on an as-needed basis.
