OH NO…

Eating fruit is very good for you as it contains minerals and vitamins to keep us healthy, as well as sugars for energy and fibre to keep our gut clean. Not eating it means that you will lack in health and energy. You should eat more fruit.

WELL DONE!

Exercise is important as it helps you lose weight and lowers the risk of some diseases. Exercise also decreases your risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. You are very healthy, but don’t overwork and sprain muscles. Make sure that you eat the right foods and quantities to match the amount of energy you are using up.

FIBRE – WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Fibre is an important part of a healthy diet. It can help to prevent heart disease, diabetes, weight gain and some cancers, and can also improve digestive health. However, many people don't get enough fibre. This results in an unclean gut and an unregular digestive system.

Fibre comes in the form of fruit, vegetables, nuts and dried fruits. It is anything that grows.

OSTEOPOROSIS

Osteoporosis is a disease in which the bones become weak and are more likely to break. People with osteoporosis most often break bones in the hip, spine, and wrist. It can occur in both women and men but is most common in older women. In the United States, more than 40 million people either already have osteoporosis or are at high risk due to low bone mass. Small, thin women are at the highest risk of osteporosis.
