The Profound Meditation sessions contain a series of precisefrequencies that have been carefully arranged to facilitateprofound meditation and produce long-term beneficial effectswhen used regularly.

What is the Profound Meditation session?

PMP does not contain guided meditations.Instead, it is designed to help you learnmeditation on your own more quickly andeasily than otherwise possible. You willquickly enter into a very deep state ofmeditation that usually requires many years ofconsistent practice using traditionalmeditation techniques alone.

Begin meditating with Track 1 of Primary Meditation Tracks,Tier 1/CD1. See how you feel. For most people, this will be theplace to start.

Listen to Track 1 for several days. If your body-mind systemseems to be adapting well, you can go on to Track 2. Please referto the User Manual for extensive listening schedule suggestions.

NOTE: If you find yourself having a difficult time listening toPrimary Meditation Track 1, start with Releasing Meditation,Track 1.

These recordings are best listened to at the highestCOMFORTABLE volume, with your eyes closed andin a sitting position.

Although simply listening to the Profound Meditationentrainment stimulus alone (without practicing ameditation technique at the same time) will deepenyour spiritual development, we neverthelessrecommend the simultaneous practice of somemeditation technique. Doing so provides the mostprofound, transformative benefits possible, as itengages more of your being, inner awareness andcommitment to evolve in spirit.

Do I need to practice meditation techniques while listening to PMP?

After each session, allow 1-5 minutes to ease back intoyour daily routine. Be sure to anchor your deepenedawareness and spiritual devotion in your mind byconsciously observing and feeling it in your body.

What should I do after my PMP session?

Be sure to drink at least one glass of waterbefore and one glass after your sessions.Brainwave entrainment increases bloodflow to the brain, and drinking plenty ofwater helps your brain rid itself of waste by-products.

Generally speaking, it is usually best to listen to Track 1before listening to Track 2, as well as Track 2 before Track3. This is usually the best way to ensure that the brain willentrain to the stimulus, since this approach slowlyintroduces the brain to these deeper patterns rather thanattempting to immediately immerse it so deeply.

What is the proper listening order for the PMP tracks?

The PMP tracks, however, are powerfulenough that each one can entrain yourbrain to the targeted brainwave patterneven if the previous track is not playedimmediately before, depending on yoursensitivity to the entrainment stimulus.

With many other entrainment programs it isnecessary to first listen to, say, an Alpha track thatdescends from Beta before listening to a Theta andDelta track. This is required with some otherprograms because the entrainment stimulus islimited in its efficacy and depends in part on itsability to first entrain neurological activity in the Betabandwidth (since this pattern dominates wakingconsciousness) and slow it down by gradually movingfrom Beta through Alpha, Theta and Delta in a linearmanner. With PMP 3.0, however, this is not alwaysnecessary, due to its increased entrainment efficacy.

As such, we now have PMP participantswho listen to 40 minutes in the morning(i.e., tracks 1 and 2) and 20 minutes in theevening (track 3). Others feel comfortableskipping Track 1 and instead meditate withTracks 2 and 3. Of course, 20 minutes inthe morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon,and 20 minutes in the evening is also avalid option.

We recommend, generally, that you listen to the PrimaryMeditation tracks for an hour/day for 3 days, thenalternate on every fourth day with the ReleasingMeditation tracks.

Because the tracks can be powerful for beginners,we recommend beginning by listening to Track 1once daily for a day or up to three weeks. Gaugeyour response after the first session or two. If youfeel like you are ready for more, then begin usingtracks 1 & 2, gradually working up to a full hour ofdaily practice. Take your time.

I’m new to this and I was wondering how long should I stay on PMP Track 1?

You’ll know when you’ve hit upon the right listening schedule,because you’ll notice significant improvements in your mood,attention and overall well-being. You’ll also feel an exciting butcomfortable “push” that energizes you to live at a higher level.

People who have any of the following conditions, whether knowingly ornot, should not use this application: Epileptics Pregnant women Those who are wearing a pacemaker Those prone to or have had seizures Those who have a history of photosensitivity

People who should consult a physician before the use of this productinclude: Individuals under the influence of medication or drugs Individuals who have a history of severe mental illness Individuals who have tinnitus – it can be triggered or exasperated by

headphone use.

Is there anyone who should not listen to Profound Meditation or other iAwake audio tracks?

This application is not to be used while underthe influence of alcohol or other mood alteringsubstances, whether they are legal or illegal.

Children under the age of 18 should be examined by aphysician for epilepsy or other illnesses that maycontribute to seizures prior to the use of PMP, since theyare more susceptible to seizures.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY iAWAKE AUDIO FILESWHILE DRIVING OR OPERATINGMACHINERY.

We recommend use of the Releasing tracks in 2 ways:

1. We recommend listening to the Primary Meditation tracksfor 3 days, then every 4th day use the Releasing tracks.Some people, if they have felt a strong push using thePrimary Meditation tracks, might switch out the third trackwith a Releasing Meditation track.

2. We also recommend that you use the Releasing Meditationtracks whenever you sense the Primary Meditation Tracksmay be inducing feelings of overwhelm as a consequence ofpersonal growth. Once the overwhelm has subsided, thePrimary Meditation Tracks are recommended due to theirapplication of Advanced Carrier Frequency Technology.
