After splitting on 28 June 2013;News Corpand21st Century Fox, Also he has an estimated net worth of $10.7 billion in September 2016.He is focused on creating and distributing and engaging content to consumers throughout the world, with business ranging from news and information services, book publishing, and cable network programming and pay-TV distribution in Australia and New York, the activities of News Corp are conducted primarily in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr. Thomson assumed his current role in January 2013.

And he goes to the meetings and to make sure that everything it okay and there is no problem.

The company publishes many different imprints, both former independent publishing houses and new imprints.

News America, is a marketing business owned by News Corp, also it publishes Smart Source Magazine, a weekly consumer-branded newspaper insert offering, delivered in over 1,600 newspapers in the U.S
