About our Graduate Talent ProgramGF Machining Solutions’ Graduate Talent Program is a unique opportunity to discover our company from different perspectives and in different locations. It allows talented young graduates to experience our company and the various facets of working in a multicultural company.

Program scheduleOur 18-month paid Graduate Talent Program starts twice a year in fall and spring. During this year and a half, the trainee is assigned to different projects in across a variety of departments and locations. Each project lasts approxi-mately six months and enables the trainee to discover one aspect of the company.

A diverse experienceThe journey allows the trainee to experience various business units, from Marketing and Sales and R&D to op-erations, strategy, finance and Customer Services. The different projects are located in various locations around the globe, allowing the trainee to discover a range of cul-tures and mindsets.

Our mentoring approachAt the beginning of the program, the trainee is assigned a mentor ; who follows and coaches the trainee throughout program. Our trainees’ mentors are top managers with long experience inside GF Machining Solutions ; they help our trainees become acquainted with our Division.

GF Machining Solutions developed the Graduate Talent Program to provide young and talented graduates with an opportunity to discover our Division of the Georg Fischer Group and to familiarize them with our business, values and culture before offering them—upon successful completion of the program—the opportunity to remain inside the company.

What are we looking for ?• GF Machining Solutions is looking for graduates with a

master’s degree in engineering and management quali-fications, or a master’s degree in economics, business administration or equivalent and a technical back-ground / interest.

• You should be creative and open-minded, enjoy work-ing in teams with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
