Preparation and HandlingOur GFS Chilean Mussels are fully cooked, allowing you to simply heat and serve. Add white wine, butter, and/or garlic for added flavour!

Stove top: Open pouch and pour into sauce pan. Add water and heat on high for 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until mussels are hot.

Microwave: Punch holes in the pouch and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat in microwave for 5-6 minutes. Carefully remove mussels from pouch, and serve.
