Hypocoercivity I’m working on the convergence of kinetic reaction models toward the globalequilibrium. In particular I’m studying kinetic models coupled with the heat equationin order to describe systems that interact with the background conserving the totalenergy of the system, given by thermal and kinetic energies.

From microto macro

Related to kinetic models coupled to heat equation it is also interesting to understandhow to derive the coupled system from the particles description, and then computealso the macroscopic limit to study its properties.
