Major Successes• Engagement from the Workforce System from program

inception• Great partnership established with Workforce System and

educators engaged in the program• Development of technical and craft pipeline for Carolinas

utilities and utility partners• Greater awareness of energy careers among young adults in

low-income areas of North Carolina and South Carolina• Improvements in continuing education programs resulting

from more systematic feedback from employers• York Technical College Energy College – 6 attendees, 100%

enrollment in energy/electrical related courses
