Marine Coolers Heat Exchanger

They are very essential in boats and other marine vessels. The boat's engine can be cooled by Heat Exchanger using river, sea or ocean water in which it floats. In these exchangers, the river or lake water has to be isolated from other components that undergo corrosion easily. Hence, the coolant is enclosed within a closed circuit. We also provide a sacrificial zinc anode with this heat exchanger to protect it from corrosive salts. Further, our exchangers prevent engine water circuit from exposure to the air.

Finned Tubes Heat Exchanger

These Heat Exchanger comprise an assembly of a shell and finned tubes. The tubes and shell is made using high quality raw materials. Other than the standard models, we design and develop custom made models as per the end user requirements. Generally, we offer tubes made using copper and fins of aluminum MOC and we utilize 5/8™ or 3/8™and A½™ OD copper tubes depending on the customer specification. The finned tube Heat Exchanger are tested for efficiency, any leaks and performance before supplying them.

Oil Coolers Heat Exchanger

Our oil cooler Heat Exchanger are manufactured using fine grade corrosion resistant materials. We develop standard oil cooler Heat Exchanger using shallow aluminum dish plates that are brazed together to make tubes with inner in-line turbulators and exterior mini-louvered air fans. We also offer various material types like M.S., S.S.-304, Cu, Ti, SS-316 etc., from which the customer can choose based on the requirement. The tubes are checked for any leakage and pressure before dispatching the oil cooler Heat Exchanger to the customers.

Tube Bundles Heat Exchanger

The tubes used inside the shell are designed in various designs and shapes. The customer can choose the material type, shape and size depending on their requirement. Along with standard varieties, customization of the models is also done by us. Our tube bundle heat exchanger's new shape depends on the morphology of the primary stage of deposit creation and is therefore called a Deposit Determined, Fouling Reducing Morphology (DDEFORM) tube.we have been successful in reducing 75% fouling,

Installation servicesTowers of lesser capacity are fully factory assembled before sending them to the clients. The tower has to be simply bolted at the customer site, on the RCC/brick masonry foundation. In the case of towers of higher capacity, we assemble them easily at the customer site and then install them.

MaintenanceOur products require less maintenance as fan, eliminator and Sprinkler fill can be approached from the top without troubling the cooling tower casing. In case of any maintenance requirement, we provide accurate and reliable solutions.
