It is illegal to form private organizations unless they are passed through the Council of Aristocrats first. (Fear of terrorism within the country).

Citizens cannot drive unless they have a Gisanian driving liscense and are over the age of 18.

All males must join the army some time between the ages of 18 and 25 and serve for a minimum of 3 years on active duty. After these 3 years, they can choose to transfer to the reserve force or come back home.

Not allowed to make bombs if not a part of the military.

Homicide, raping and stealing are illegal.

Drug dealing is illegal.

Alcohol is prohibited for citizens under the age of 21.

Everyone must pay taxes, regardless of their class.
