• Passing the Baton provided 4,692 hours of support to 55 individuals
• 100% positive move-on rate
• PtBOP Edinburgh provided 272 hours of support to 14 older people.

How it works…..
• Ptb Teams are trained within a local community, supported and resourced by a partnership (local church, 3rd sector, Statutory Services and Local Government)
• Members are linked in with a group of befriender buddies and allocated a key link Mentor.
