MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of Children First is to strengthen children and families by improving the quality of their lives through a comprehensive approach to development, education, health and well-being. This statement reflects the organization’s underlying aspiration for the success-ful achievement of Head Start and Early Head Start goals and objectives, and our main priority of kindergarten readiness for the children we serve.

MISSION STATEMENTThe mission of Special Olympics Florida is to provide year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for people with intellectual disabil-ities who wish to participate, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
