SULEMAN BUDHWANI

President – Business Development, he brings to the table two decades of diverse experience, including 13 years in the real estate sector, in the fields of project redevelopment managing and marketing. His resume includes stints as Vice President (Business Development) with SD Corporation Pvt Ltd and Shapoorji Palloonji Ltd. He has to his credit the marketing of 1 million sq. ft. valued at half a billion dollars, and has been involved in 30 million sq. ft. of project acquisition. His educational qualifications include a Diploma in Management studies from NMIMS, Mumbai and a B.com from Mumbai University.

A prize human asset, he has over 17 years of project management experience and is adept at planning and developing strategies, and executing large hospitality projects. He has successfully executed over 70 hotel projects throughout Asia Pacific which include new builds and acquisitions. He began his career with the Taj Group of Hotels, and moved on to Marriott International Inc. He was in a dual role as head of IR Projects, Asia Pacific Region and Area Operations team member, India, Indian subcontinent & Malaysia, before he chose Quantum as his home. AVP – Projects, he has a background as a highly-skilled Civil Engineer, and brings to Quantum a considerable 25 years of experience in construction project management, project planning, tender & contract management and procurement. He has an up-to-date knowledge of the construction industry’s technology and developments. Under his belt are numerous infrastructure projects including the Nava Sheva Port project (presently JNPT), residential projects of Raviraj Constructions, Neptune Girh Nirman, SRA buildings at Kanjurmarg and Goregaon, Center Point Project for Peninsula Land at Parel and other high rise residential towers in Mumbai.
