to attend this very important meeting in the life of the church

We welcome Dr Mervyn Griffiths to our 7:30 service this morning. He will be bringing us the message this morning. Thanks to Rev. Reg James for overseeing the proceedings. We also welcome Joe Taylor to our 9:30 ser-vice this morning. Joe is the youth pastor at Vincent Methodist church. May we all be blessed as we hear God’s word this morning.

This Tuesday is Shrove Tuesday Pancakes will be on sale from 6:00pm. Please put your name and the estimated no of pan- cakes you will require, on the notice board. So that we know how many pancakes to make. Savoury Pancakes—R10 & Sweet—R5:00 Thank you.

Please remember that you are able to

light a candle during the service in

memory of a loved one. Simply come

up before communion is celebrated,

light a candle and join in the commun-

ion or you may do so before the service

starts.

If you are hard of hearing headphones are available

for your use. Please ask the sound technician on

duty at the back of the church for assistance.

Please simply come and

sit in the front row of

chairs after the ser-

vice and someone will

come to minister to

you. You can also sit in

Proxy for someone else

that needs prayer.

Do You Need Prayer?

The Hayesod Course

We are appealing to all folk who have already

done this course to please consider “selling” or

giving your handbook to the church; in that way

more folk will be able to do the course. For those

who have already paid, the venue has changed

from St Nicholas to St Marks in Cambridge, due

to logistical reasons. Date is still to be advised.

Please would you prayerfully

consider nominations to

Council at our upcoming

AGM. Nomination forms are

available from Frith in the

office.

this Wednesday. 18th Febru-

ary at 7:00pm. Please take
