The winners of the 2018 Shriner’s Draw for Kids are as follows:

The Grand Prize – a 2018 Ford Mustang valued at $53,000 provided by Cam Clark Ford Lincoln located in North Vancouver was won by Michael Allman from Vernon,BC;

Second prize of $10,000 was won by Hubert Cunningham from Parksville, BC;

Third prize of $5,000 was won by Bill Carbonell from Courtenay, BC.

The draw was held at the Country Club Centre, 2A-3200 North Island Highway, Nanaimo, BC at 5pm, on Friday, September 28, 2018.

Shriners of BC & Yukon sold tickets throughout the province with the proceeds going to Shriners of BC & Yukon Child Services Society.

AND THE WINNER IS..... Ill. Sir Harold Wallace oversees the drawing of the three winning names for the annual Shriners Draw for Kids.

Spartan Race Canada helps children who courageously face obstacles every daySpartan Race Canada selected Shriners Hospitals for Children — Canada as their National Charity Partner for 2018.

Spartan races are among the most challenging obstacle courses in the world, tough for anyone. Over the years, patients of the Canada Shriners Hospital have proven that disabilities do not necessarily mean limitations. Their participation

in these challenging events has inspired families, friends and communities across the country.

Shriners Hospitals for Children — Canada shares core values with the Spartan Race sports community: to empower individuals to realize their full potential and to be the best that they can be. Shriners International, the fraternity that founded and continues to support Shriners

Hospitals, had a strong presence at races across the country as local members served as volunteers and helped organizers offer a safe, fun and rewarding race to all participants.

Gizeh Shriners was invited to volunteer at Mount Seymour, September 22 and 23, 2018. Six volunteers and two Nobles attended on our behalf.
