CUTTING AND PROCESSING TABLE FEATURES

Metalcraft glass cutting and processing tables are designed to meet the needs of all sizes of glass companies.

With a sturdy steel sub structure, our tables allow for both free falling of glass and crane loading.

With a range of different size air blowers, our tables are designed to float up to 19mm glass.

All tables are covered with a high quality felt covering, which allows glass to be moved on the air float without any chance of damage.

Our tables come with different tilt options, both manual and hydraulic. Breaker bar options are also customised to meet your requirements, which includes the placement of the pneumatic breaker bars. All tables are edged with a timber edging to allow your glass to be removed without damage.

5.4M x 3.4M FULL AIR FLOAT TABLE

Shown here is one of our larger glass cutting tables.

5400mm x 3400mm.

Featuring X and double Y breaker bars and twin 1200 CFM fans.

This table has the ability to have 19mm Jumbo sheets free felled and floated.

The table also features a full hydraulic tilt function.

4M x 3M LOAD ARM AIR TRANSFER TABLE

Load arm transfer tables such as this one, allow you to float transfer your product to an automatic cutting line and have the benefit of loading and unloading the table

using hydraulic arms.

The table is made of a solid steel construction that allows for sheets to be free felled directly onto the table.

This type of table can be manufactured to many sizes and working heights.


TABLE OPERATING OPTIONS

Pneumatic foot controls are available on all tables as options to allow for operation of the breaker bars and front load stop.

Remotes can be optioned as a start and stop for the air float blowers.

Electric foot controls can be used to start the air blowers and raise and lower the tilt option on the table.

Full table mount controls are fitted as a standard feature on all our tables. Tables can be supplied as three or single phase.
