INVESTING IN CARGO

Overall Investment in Delta Cargo the past 3 years exceeds the prior 8 years!

The partnership continues to grow as it currently offers access to more than 290 destinations in the Americas and more than 80 in Asia. Delta is the only U.S. carrier to offer nonstop service to three major U.S. gateways (DTW, SEA, ATL) from Seoul.

DELTA AND KOREAN

To ensure a high-quality, consistent service, Delta Cargo has entered into a partnership with CarePod, a pet technology start-up that has developed a new standard of first-class safety and care for pet air travel. CarePod will help Delta better carry and monitor pets throughout the network, with real-time updates for customers.

CAREPOD

Delta Cargo is one of the first major airlines to test Bluetooth tracking technology. The extension of the tracking technology directly to our customers’ facilities will ensure visibility for the whole freight journey, creating a best-in-class shipping experience.

BLUETOOTH TRACKING

CSAFE RAP DIGIMOBILE SCANNERS IN HOUSE VETERINARIAN

CSafe RAP container utilizes innovative heating and compressor-driven cooling technologies, along with superior insulation, to maintain constant temperatures even at extreme ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 54°C — the broadest operating conditions in the industry.

Handheld technology will be used throughout the operation to deliver better operational efficiency. These devices, will equip our agents with a custom developed application tailored to our processes. We’ve included new functionality to photo document shipment condition, capture electronic signatures, and even enable the use of hands free scanning peripherals via Bluetooth.

An industry first, Delta Cargo introduces a consultant veterinarian to focus on providing the best-in-class travel experience for pets and their owners.
