 PROM REGULATIONS   

- All school fees and debts must be paid prior to purchasing tickets. - A students attending Prom must hold a valid student ID. - Students will be admitted no later than 8:00 pm and may leave whenever                         

they desire. When students leave, however, it is understood they will not                       return. 

- Students with guests should make them aware of the regulations established                     for EPHS students. Guests will be expected to comply with all rules and                         regulations set for EPHS students. 

- All prom guests must meet EPHS guidelines to attend. - Prom tickets may only be purchased by a student with a junior or senior class                             

status.  - Students’ guest attending Prom must be no older than 19 years of age to                           

attend. - Students and their guests attending Prom are expected to wear acceptable                     

dress. 

  All EPHS students and their guests must adhere to the Elmwood Park High School District                             401 Discipline Policies and Procedures; this includes, but is not limited to, a breathalyzer                           test and searches of the person and/or possessions by a District Administrator or a                           designee. Failure to comply could result in being removed from the dance/post prom                         event without refund.

★ Current EPHS Juniors & Seniors need an Approval from the Deans Office & can bring a date to

prom that meets the following criteria:

All EPHS Students 9, 10, 11, 12 Current High School Students This includes current EPHS students (9th & 10th grades) attending as a guest

Completed Student/Guest Form returned to Dean’s office , which includes ALL of the following:

● EPHS students need a signed approval from Dean Pedersen or Dean Plum

● Guests need a signed approval from their high school’s Dean of Students (or equivalent administrator)

● Parent signatures from both EPHS student’s and guest’s parents

UPDATED STUDENT/GUEST GUIDELINES FOR NON-HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS NO OLDER than nineteen (19) years of age to the event, pending the following qualifications are met:

Non-High School Student Category 1: Non-High School Student Attending College or University

Guest Form Completed and returned to Dean’s Office , which includes ALL of the following:

● Signature of an administrator/staff from their college (i.e. Hall Director, Dean, Advisor, etc.) with their title and office number indicated on the form

● Copy of driver’s license or state ID ● Parent signatures of approval from both EPHS

student’s and guest’s parents

Thursday April 18th

Non-High School Student Category 2: Non - College/ University guest and NO OLDER than nineteen (19) years of age

Guest Form completed and returned to the Dean’s office, which includes ALL of the following:

● Copy of driver’s license or state ID ● Signature of an administrator from the high

school she/he graduated from. ● Parent signatures of approval from EPHS

student’s parent/guardian
