Rule 4-3-1

• Faceoff after each period and after each goal • EXCEPT:

• If a period ends with an extra-man situation or a flag-down creating an extra-man: • Possession Award the ball (at the spot) to the team that

had possession (or is entitled to possession – i.e. play-on)• Loose Ball Start the period with a faceoff

• If there’s a foul before or during a faceoff, award the ball on the offensive side of the field at the Center Faceoff X.

serving a 30-second penalty. • Between periods A2 commits:

a) a technical foul or

b) a personal foul.

RULING: a) award the ball to Team B in its offensive half of the field at
