Permanent Hire

This offering responds quickly to changes within your business,

filling individual roles as they emerge due to team expansion or

staff departures.

For permanent hires we offer a contingent recruitment solution.

This means that we do not invoice until we have successfully

placed your position. We will take a detailed specification of the

position, allocate a marketing and advertising budget to attract

candidates as well as utilise our extensive network to manage the

process with you until the position is filled.

Contract

Whether you need a contractor who can start work immediately,

a freelancer, or are in need of an interim solution, our contract

services are ideal, as we won’t let the absence of personnel affect

What is Salt’s DRO?

Digital Recruitment Outsourcing, or DRO, is our subcontract

recruitment function for an organisation to recruit multiple

positions across their IT and digital departments. We provide the

process, technology, market intelligence, and detailed reporting

to ensure that the right individuals are hired, first time.

Each DRO is tailored to each organisation and involves analysing

and engaging with eight key areas; Strategy & Vision, Workforce

Planning, Attraction, Sourcing, Assessment, Recruitment, Talent

and Leaver Management.
