Cultural ExperiencesStudents may take excursions to experience Korean culture and supplement what they learn throughout the program.
• Seoul City Tour Students will get to know and enjoy the capital Seoul, the city of past, present and future of Korea.
e.g. Seoul City Hall, CJ Food World, Namsangol Hanok Village, Non-verbal performance etc.
• Korean Culture Week Students will be able to supplement what they learn in classes through an array of historical and cultural programs that expose them to East Asian Culture.
e.g. Nami Island, Caribbean Bay, Broadcasting Station, DMZ etc.

GC Special Lecture To deepen students’ understanding on Humanity, Civilization and Global Governance, world-renowned scholars and professionals share their ideas through special lecture. All GC students are required to attend the lecture.

The Global Collaborative• Provides students and professors with a variety of high-quality educational,
research, and service opportunities• Cultivates world citizens as leaders of global civil society by providing civic
education through internships, social services, and lectures on current global issues
Credit Hours & Grading• 2 credit course: A total of 30 hours of in-class sessions• 3 credit course: A total of 45 hours of in-class sessions• Grading is based on attendance, student participation, homework, and
examinations. Assessment for grading will be determined by each instructor and Kyung Hee University requires a minimum of 70% attendance to receive academic credits. In case of undergraduate students at KHU, the grades will be marked as Pass/Non-Pass on their transcripts.
