In an effort to enhance the safe travel of the Little Swatara Con-gregation, the following persons, Radio and TV Stations shall be notified of the cancellation of a worship service during inclement weather conditions (ice or snow).

Once a decision has been made to cancel a service, the congregation shall be notified immediately. The chair of the Spiritual Nurture Ministry Team will initiate the Deacon call system to notify all church members of the closing. An announcement will be placed on Television station:
